Yo! This is your man, K to the U to the S H H, A K A extra H. XH!! Now is the time I’m gonna show yuall a barely legal video question. Yhea!!

When I say a barely legal video question I mean a video question that is sort of a legal question but sort of not. What were you thinking ahh! Aright lets roll the clip baby.

Cheers Fabian. I’m glad you are being careful with legalities like that unlike me extra H. Damn, why did I end up hosting this episode? Do I look like the most reliable source of legal advice? Oh well, lucky for you my man I got lawyers on my speed dial. Not that I have so many legal issue to deal with I just have issues period! Not just issues a subscription you know what I’m saying.

Arright! Let me call up an Adobe lawyer. Yo whazaup … no I’m not in any kind of trouble, I’m gonna forward a video question to you and I wanna know what you have to say about that!

Yhea.. uhuh.. damn.. no Shit! .. chea .. word up, peace man!

Arright, our lawyers say first of all we like people to blog and talk about Adobe products so don’t be afraid! Just make sure you follow the Trade mark guidelines on this web site. He also said not to use any trademark words in the URL of your site if the blog is in fact about an Adobe product. For example. The KushFlexblog.org is not cool if its a blog about Adobe Flex. Its fine if the KushFlexblog.org happens to be a blog about flexing muscles and bodybuilding. I swear the lawyers came up with that joke. I just don’t want to be guilty of joke infringement you know what I’m sayin.

That’s just for the web site address. You can use the product names in the Name of your blog as long as it is not used referentially – what ever that means. Like Fabian’s Flex Blog is not cool. But Fabian’s Blog about Adobe Flex is tight with our lawyers.

You can use the product names while talking about it all you want and if you call it Adobe Flex instead of just Flex the first time you introduce the word, I think our lawyers would dig that.

I’m sure you can find a lot more legal stuff to read on adobe.com and you could contact the corporate folks from there if you have any more questions.

Come to think of it, its much better to clarify these things before you start your thing like my man Fabian did.

All gravy, that’s all the legal stuff I can take for today. If you have an issue that’s bugging you like an 808 in the middle of the night axe it on a video and send it to this e-mail address or leave a comment or what ever.

Peace out!

I… K to the U to the Al akmed extra H solemnly swear to convey this information accurately, to accurately convey this information what? huh? you are confusing me man! yea I know it’s frustrating he just said help me God. Oh I’m supposed to repeat that too?
