Find A Miami Criminal Defense Attorney For All Your Needs

If you have recently committed or been accused of committing a criminal act then let a Miami criminal defense attorney help you out of your situation. They have the resources and the intelligence to get you out of your sticky legal situation and will defend you to the core of their abilities. They have loads of skills, resources and years of training and school behind them to fight for you competently. So, how much will their services cost you? Where can you find them? How do you know when you need one of these attorneys?

You will find yourself needing this type of help if you do something that breaks the laws. There are many things that you can do that will break the law and a few are: breaking and entering, stealing, abuse, rape, murder, attempted murder, drug trafficking, sexual assault, physical assault and many other things. While not all will get you the death penalty, some will get you jail time, court time or even house arrest. There is always a consequence for every action.

One thing that may help to keep your mind at ease is the fact that once you have found and chosen your lawyer or attorney, what ever you tell them remains between you two. This will give you more comfort so that you tell them the whole truth and they can better defend you. The more of the truth t hat you tell your attorney, the better chance they have at helping you out in your criminal struggles.

Use the yellow pages to help you find a lawyer. This is a fast way to find help but it is not the only way. You can also use the Internet to help you see companies in your area. This way also allows for you to see reviews from previous customers in some situations and ratings. Some reviews can be helpful on seeing the way they interact and the intelligence that they have to offer.

The rate of wins versus loses in each law firm is important but not the sole factor in choosing a lawyer. You want a lawyer that is going to investigate your case and get you the best result possible. A lawyer that used to be a prosecutor or public defender tells you a lot about their experience. Find out how many cases the lawyer has handled that is similar to yours and what the “typical” result is for that type of case.

Finding out their pay is something you will have to also look into. Every firm is different from each other so the prices will always vary. You should also see if the attorney or firm accepts grants, loans and any other form of payment in case you do not have the cash that you need at that moment. Just because a company is cheap however does not mean that it is the best one for you to deal with. Cheap can mean affordable but it can also be cheap because they are not that good. This can in fact hurt your case.

With parties and clubs all over the place, Miami can get a bit cramped. It can also get a bit rowdy with so many people. For that reason many consider Miami a top spot for legal troubles to occur. If found in a situation where you need legal help, finding the help is the first step.

Having your case looked over and defended by a Miami criminal defense attorney would be the best move you could make. Their job is to do everything that they can to protect you and your rights and they will do just that. You will never find a situation too small or too large for them to work on. Your freedom is their motivation and they use it well.

*** Video notes

November 20th 2008, day 197 / Entering Canandaigua / Local house of tyranny / Would attorneys and lawyers be necessary in a pure free market justice and dispute resolution system? / Attorneys are necessary in the current monopolistic legal system because of the thousands of laws (including case law) in existence / Laws written in legalese / Representing yourself in civil vs criminal trials / What would a free market system look like? / All property would be private / No central monopolistic “government” claiming to have authority over everything and everyone / No legislature, so there wouldn’t be hundreds of new laws accumulating each year / Categories of property: individual, retail or service business, roads, other (farms, factories) / Rules that you must follow if you want to remain on someone’s property / Businesses would want repeat customers, so their rules would likely be simple and straightforward / Probably only a very few commonly accepted laws across all property, namely those against behavior which physically harms or threatens another’s person or property / Representing yourself in front of mutually-agreed upon arbitrator / Hiring a person to represent you who is skilled in logic and asking relevant questions, but they would be nothing like the lawyers of today / That representative has no need for schooling in thousands of existing laws, and doesn’t need to be approved by the protectionist “bar” system / Third party certification of representatives / 18.1 miles for liberty / http://donate.walkforliberty.com / Sun coming from behind clouds

*** About the Walk For Liberty

What are you willing to do for freedom?

Vote? Protest? Participate in a rally? Walk all the way across the country?

We are.

This summer, a group of activists will be walking across America to achieve more freedom and liberty.

Our pioneer forefathers trekked across the continent from the east to the west to find a better life for themselves. This time, we’re doing it in reverse.

I am walking coast-to-coast across the country, from Oregon to New Hampshire. I am joined by my immediate family as well. We’re on a quest to gain more freedom for ourselves and for our country by spreading the message of freedom and liberty along the way.

Why are we doing this?

We see the gradual chipping away at freedoms in America, and want to do our part to stop it. My wife and I are moving to New Hampshire as part of the Free State Project. New Hampshire is already the freest state in the country, which is why we are moving there. But we also want to help bring more freedom to as many other people as possible.

Therefore we are walking across America to get to New Hampshire. We are walking all the way there to bring as much media attention and publicity as possible to two liberty-oriented causes: the Free State Project, which is working to make New Hampshire even more free, and Ron Paul’s message of freedom for everyone.
